Butterkup Farm Meats is run as a Farm Gate Plus Harvest Certified Farm.
Current meat flavour has fallen by the wayside. This is very much related to the deterioration of mineral content. The minerals in the soil form the compounds that give the grass, fruits & vegetables their flavour. Our land is free of herbicides and pesticides, which makes our natural grass fed beef, honey,and garden products their excellent flavour. Our beef is free of added hormones & antibiotics. Our beef are offered free choice Organic sea salt,minerals and Diatomaceous earth. We never give antibiotics,additives or injections to food chain beef. No fillers are used in our meat.

Hanging Beef
Choose your grass fed beef on the hoof & pick up the hanging beef on harvest day at the farm or put in your cutting & wrapping instructions,and your hanging cooler time is at your expense & then picked up In Mcbride 4 weeks later. Transportation for delivery & pick up of your quarter beef from Vanderhoof is included in your disposal fee.
